Are you trying to import stocksdata from a Metastock database? Do you get the error message: data request failed: invalid 3rd party symbol foreign?
Here is what you need to do.
The error comes from here if you look at the picture below. You need to change US English as the base language for the location.  In my case it was default at Swedish. Then I got the error message:  data request failed: invalid 3rd party symbol foreign.
When I changed it to USA English all went fine.
